AI-Competence in Education for Migrant Organizations

Project objectives: Our project aims to strengthen migrant organizations through information about artificial intelligence. We want to improve educational offerings and optimize the integration of migrants through the use of innovative AI technologies. In addition, we are building a network to promote the exchange of best practices and make the results available in the long term.

Key Project Activities:

  1. We have to conduct 6 zoom meeting during the project with presence of all partners,
  2. We will conduct two five-day workshops on training in artificial intelligence,
  3. Organize three multiplier events to disseminate the results,
  4. Create a website and flyers to disseminate the project results,

Our project Impact:

Our project promotes integration by strengthening migrant organizations in the application of artificial intelligence. Through the multiplier events and the resources provided on the website, the project results are widely disseminated and used in the long term. We increase competence in AI, optimize educational offerings and strengthen the network of migrant organizations.

    Target Groups
The primary beneficiaries are migrant organizations, which play a key role in supporting and integrating people with migration backgrounds. Their staff and volunteers will gain AI-related knowledge and skills to improve educational offerings. A particular focus is on Afghan refugees and other migrants who face language and cultural barriers, limited job market access, and low digital literacy. Personalized AI-powered learning solutions will help improve their integration and career opportunities.

    Project Motivation & Justification
Migrant organizations often lack access to modern technology and AI expertise, limiting their ability to provide high-quality education. AI-driven learning platforms can personalize education, making it more effective and inclusive. By building a strong network, organizations will exchange best practices and collaborate on AI-based educational initiatives. Training programs will equip participants with AI skills, ensuring long-term benefits for both organizations and migrants.

This project will contribute to improved education, social participation, and the development of a more inclusive society. Investing in AI competencies and digital infrastructure is key to long-term impact.

Addressing Organizational & Target Group Needs
The project fosters networking among migrant organizations, enabling them to share resources, experiences, and AI-driven education strategies. By breaking isolation and promoting collaboration, organizations can improve their services and effectively integrate AI into educational programs.

AI-based solutions such as adaptive learning technologies and translation tools will enhance the learning experience for migrants.

Additionally, AI-supported educational programs tailored to the needs of migrants will be explored. Adaptive learning platforms and translation tools will help overcome language barriers and provide personalized learning paths. To ensure long-term AI integration, organizations aim to establish a modern digital infrastructure. These efforts align with the priorities of digitalization, social inclusion, and skills development, contributing to equal opportunities and integration.
    Benefits of Transnational Cooperation
Collaboration with international partners will bring diverse expertise and innovative AI applications from different countries. Sharing best practices and leveraging European networks will provide access to additional resources, funding, and technological advancements. This cooperation will strengthen the project’s impact, ensuring sustainable AI-driven education for migrant communities.
